Registration Requirements

To register a bz880 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number in your own name; (c) create a secure password; and (d) confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Account Verification (KYC)

bz880 may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bz880 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bz880 support immediately. bz880 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Accepted Deposit Methods

bz880 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the name of the registered bz880 account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically complete within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. bz880 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

Currency and Exchange

All bz880 account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. bz880 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All displayed amounts are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Exchange rate losses, where applicable due to your bank or payment provider's conversion, are borne solely by the player.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The bz880 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT is available to new players who register a first account and complete a qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Players who have previously held a bz880 account under a different mobile number or identity are not eligible.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus credit. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

Promotion Abuse

bz880 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has abused the promotional system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and using automated software to farm bonuses. Accounts found to have engaged in promotion abuse may be permanently closed.

Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bz880 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate: using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; providing false identity information during KYC; engaging in money laundering or using bz880 as a vehicle to process proceeds of crime; and any form of identity theft or impersonation.

Collusion and Cheating

Players must not collude with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game. In live casino games, any form of communication with other players designed to coordinate betting strategy in a manner that exploits the game mechanics is prohibited. bz880 uses real-time monitoring and post-session analysis to detect collusion patterns and will act decisively when such patterns are identified.

Use of Automated Tools

The use of bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, predictive software, or any other automated system to interact with bz880 games, bonus systems, or betting markets is strictly prohibited. bz880 employs server-side detection to identify automated behaviour patterns. Accounts identified as using automated tools will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. This prohibition applies to all game types including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting.

Player Protection Tools

bz880 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools from within their account settings. These tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours up to 6 months); and permanent self-exclusion. bz880 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively — particularly during high-frequency play periods such as BPL season, major T20 tournaments, and Eid. Setting limits does not require contacting support; it can be done directly in your account.

Whilst we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, bz880 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from: scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime; internet connectivity failures on your side; interruptions caused by your mobile network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or others); device incompatibility ; or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Game Outcomes and Technical Errors

All bz880 game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction that materially affects a game outcome — such as a server disconnection mid-round or a display error that misrepresents a result — bz880 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. bz880 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's own device malfunction, internet disconnection, or power failure during an active game session.

Right to Amend

bz880 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations, changes to the bz880 product or service offering, updates to responsible gaming requirements, or any other operational reason at our discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material, bz880 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via the platform or by SMS to the registered mobile number, but is not obligated to do so in all cases.

Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the bz880 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting bz880 support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
